THIMBLE USERFLOWS &
JOBS-TO-BE-DONE
Scope: UX research, UX Design
Client: Thimble Collectors Society
Thimble Collectors Society is a club of like-minded people with a passion for collecting thimbles. This club needs a platform that can help them organise, saviour their collections and exchange information.

After doing some initial research and user tasks I refined my approach by using jobs-to-be-done theory. A concept of a mobile instrument for collectors was introduced and allowed to develop early patterns for design system.

job-to-be-done 1: savior collection

In-depth interviews and analysis of existing resources for collectors was conducted. The main insight was that collectors like to organise and reorganise their collections. Akin to creating their personal museum at home. Next thing was to create one.
